Cardio Strength

Tues*/Thurs*: 5:30pm, Sat: 89:00am

Cardio Strength Fitness Class consists of cardiovascular exercises, free weight training, resistant bands, and abdominal exercises throughout the class. The combination of Cardio and weight bearing activity increases the body's efficiency, strength, and metalbolism. Come prepared to have fun while working hard! This challenging 45 minute class will get you in and out and ready for the rest of your day. (45 min)

 
 

TRX® Bootcamp

Wed 7:30pm (every other week)

TRX® with fewer breaks in order to maintain an elevated heart rate! TRX® Bootcamp is the perfect blend of TRX® using Crosscore and it creates an intense workout building strength, core stability, proper alignment and balance. TRX® Bootcamp class moves fast to increase your heart rate to provide a vigorous calorie-burning cardio workout, works your core and you'll leave feeling amazing. *****Shoes are required for this class*****(45 min)

Barre, Butts, & Guts

Barre, Butts, & Guts is inspired for the clients desiring that ballet sculpted body. No prior dance experience necessary! This danced based class focuses on ballet moves and burns calories through active, fun, movement with a variety of music to get you moving while toning your body. Focus is on the bottoms, thighs, and waist while teaching the physicality of a ballet body. Class includes barre and center work, so come ready to work while having a good time! (45 min)
