DANCE FREE
Dance Free is a dance expression workshop facilitated by Jo-Ann Radus. This series of workshops presented at Little Buddhas Yoga Studio will be every month on the new moon. The energy of the new moon gives us an opportunity to start fresh and plants seeds for the future. Dance Free will provide space for us to explore the influences of the new moon and allow us to set our intentions and goals for the upcoming month.
With a cool, funky playlist and our own intuitive inner rhythms we will dance ourselves free !

This month the new moon falls in Scorpio ~giving us the opportunity to explore our hot sexy selves our deepest feelings and desires , and our attraction to the mystical and magical! Wear comfy dancing clothes , bare feet or sneakers . Bring a journal & an object from nature to contribute to creating a communal sacred space. 1.5 hour workshop. What you'll need:
Bring a yoga mat or towel and wear comfy clothes, there will be some light energy exercise stretches we'll do together at the start of the class.

TRE is a somatic restoration technique that releases deeply held body tension and accumulated stress by “shaking it off”. Our bodies are built to protect us from stress, and shaking is the body’s recovery process. TRE is a series of simple stretches that invites the body to naturally shake, whereby releasing body tension, restores balance to body systems and builds resiliency for life’s stresses.
TRE is not recommended for women who are pregnant.
